Overview

The head of the [Divine] Hierarchy, supreme beings that govern the laws of reality. Gravity, mass, momentum and magic all fall under the direct rule of the gods. The gods form the pantheon that is worshiped within Tos'var by most mortal races, often taking different representations and domains depending on the culture of the realm they are worshiped in. Faith and belief in these entities allow a mortal to access divine powers, creating clerics and paladins that act as the mortal hands of the gods and further their agenda upon the world. Good and Evil are meaningless to them, and most occupy a middle ground in many of their incarnations.

Demigods

Even the rare fleshcrafter can attain demigod status through their extensive modifications, pushing them beyond mortal limitation, though they often succumb to psychosis long before then." Origins

• Before the arrival of the Archontes, from what scholars know, the world was wild and far from empty, with many races and society’s ancestors living and evolving at that time. Ruled by the Grand Eidolons, made of the primordial Leviathans of the seas and the mountain-sized Titans of the land, they shaped the world not just with thought, but with being. • The Archontes watched Tos’var for centuries, inserting themselves into it, vying for control and causing a war that shattered skies, boiled the seas and turned the bones of mountains inside out.
