2. "Ghouled Up!" (Play on the pilot term "spooled up" which means to get excited): When lead starts flying or rads start climbing, you get moving! — In combat or in irradiated areas, both you and Roscoe have 10% faster movement speed, and a 5% chance to dodge incoming attacks.
